I drive growth and operational excellence at Vernal Point Advisors, a rapidly expanding RIA/MFO, by leading Technology, Reporting, and Operations initiatives that have propelled our AUM from $1.1B to $2.3B and expanded our remote team from 13 to 18 professionals across a dispersed workforce.Key Responsibilities- Spearhead the firm\'s technology strategy, encompassing tech stack optimization, cybersecurity enhancement, and IT infrastructure management- Revolutionize client reporting processes by implementing Addepar, developing a new Asset Class Schema, and upgrading benchmarking methodologies, resulting in increased speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction for $5B+ in client assets- Co-lead Operations, supporting all departments while launching 5 private funds (including PPLI), implementing strategic integrations, and automating data flows to improve operational efficiency across the firm- Oversee and enhance client billing processes, including the successful implementation of billing through Addepar, while playing a pivotal role in business development to secure new clients for advisory, reporting, and operations services- Ensure regulatory compliance and data security through robust cybersecurity measures and policies, while supporting the firm\'s growth with scalable, institutionalized processes.
