While many managers waste hours sorting through resumes from their inboxes, CareerPlug’s clients can access our easy-to-use applicant tracking system. From here, managers can quickly review applicants, schedule interviews and even invite candidates to complete a customized personality assessment – all within a few clicks. CareerPlug also makes it easy to manage the HR process once a hire is made. Our New Hire Onboarding System allows employees to complete their new hire forms electronically, and each employee’s personnel files are stored online in a centralized, secure environment.
