Howdy! I\'m the Alliance Manager at Northern, a digital transformation agency where I\'m responsible for building and managing the strategic partner channel to drive net-new growth. My role is uniquely comprehensive, bridging high-level GTM strategy and process improvement with the daily, hands-on execution of co-selling and co-marketing motions.My career is defined by a unique blend of corporate discipline and startup agility. I spent six years at TD Bank, mastering process and structure, before pivoting into the high-growth B2B SaaS world. At Retention.com, I founded the Customer Success team and helped scale the business from $3M to $12M ARR in under two years. I then moved into partnerships, revitalizing the agency program by managing a 100+ account portfolio through genuine relationship-building and a focus on scalable processes. The business was at $25M in ARR when I left to join Northern.My ethos is simple: I\'m a \"get-stuff-done\" professional—a big-picture thinker who isn\'t afraid to dive into the weeds when called upon. I thrive on operational excellence (I nerd out over CRMs, Rev Ops and I’m trained on the EOS framework). I challenge the status quo to get results and operate with a customer-centric,\"treat others as you want to be treated\" mindset.Outside of work, I’m a NEW husband, I own a music business, I\'m a performing artist (Pats!), basketball player, and I collect vinyls & blu-rays.
