Responsible for Supply planning and Inventory Management for the French market, overseeing 100+ SKUs across 4 production plants- Built the France supply plan for the new route-to-market from scratch, managing the replenishment from production plants to achieve 99.8% case fill rate under uncertain demand conditions- Led Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), master data management, and continuous improvement initiatives in ERP for France, including migration from SAP ECC to APO and now to IBP- Created monthly dashboards used by leadership to monitor inventory KPIs—stock volume, value, Days of Supply, CFR, OTIF, and other inventory health parameters- Balance supply and demand to achieve inventory targets within forecasted budgets and space constraints, while maintaining service excellence- Contributed to shaping the S & OP process in the spirit of continuous improvement by collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure operational alignment across departments and to maintain a successful route to market launch in France.
