ABOUT CLINTON BREWER

I joined Ian Williams in 2013. During my time as a QS I was involved with a wide variety of works in both public and private sectors. Experienced in all aspects of JCT/NEC project lifecycle stages from mobilisation to completion, including management of direct labour, subcontractors, sales and profit phase forecasting, client account and cash flow, risk, variations/change and final accounts.In my current role as General Manager, I oversee planned Capital Operations in Cornwall, Devon and along the South Coast to Eastbourne. I support Business Managers in leading talented teams of Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, RLOs, Supervisors and Operatives to deliver IFC accredited fire risk assessment remedial works, PAS2030 retrofit, major refurbishment projects and decent homes improvements.
