I am an experienced Senior Manager and dynamic leader with a track record in corporate management, strategic leadership, and proven results within fast-paced environments. With extensive experience in HR management, corporate recruiting, developing dynamic programs, and lean process improvement, I specialize in optimizing operations and driving results through innovative strategies. Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set, including proficiency in collaborating, Microsoft Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, HR software, and conflict resolution.
