ABOUT CLINTON WHITE

With over 16 years of experience in the credit union industry, I am a passionate and strategic leader who oversees the financial, operational, lending, and IT functions of TrueCore Federal Credit Union. As the Chief Financial Officer, I am responsible for managing the accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investment, risk, and regulatory aspects of the organization. I also lead and support multiple projects and initiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and growth of the credit union. Some of my recent achievements include implementing a new core system, launching a new website and mobile app, securing a large contract with a local employer, and obtaining the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) credential from the Credit Union National Association. I have a strong background in finance and operations, having previously served as the Senior Vice President and the Director of Operations at TrueCore. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on finance from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where I also earned my Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration and Management with an Executive Management concentration. My core competencies include executive management, project management, analytical skills, financial planning and analysis, operational excellence, and strategic leadership. I am driven by the mission of TrueCore, which is to improve the financial well-being of our members and our communities. I value collaboration, innovation, integrity, and service, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
