ABOUT CLINTON GREEN
I am a Project Manager with over 30 years of experience, who has a strong and adaptable style, which is energetic, people-focused, innovative and commercially astute. My positive approach to complex circumstances, with a good understanding of the need to balance strategic issues whilst meeting practical operational requirements means I often get repeat work from Clients. The in-depth technical knowledge I have gained, includes strategic planning, capital development, hard & soft FM, patient transport, PFI performance management, procurement (from both bidder and Client side) and risk management. My background in Building Surveying has given me considerable experience in portfolio rationalisation, asset management, property strategy development and implementation. Whilst key roles over the past 20 years have lead to improving portfolio efficiencies, developing financial tools for property option analysis and performance reporting.Having worked for several major Clients my accountability has ranged from the management of large teams comprising of the estates & facilities workforce, PFI general managers, project managers, designers, engineers, lawyers, quantity surveyors, financial and operational staff, to the delivery of complex and innovative projects.I have presented at a number of industry events and published articles on a range of issues. My passions include a keen interest in cost improvement efficiencies, construction best practice, sustainability and business improvement linked to property.Alongside my work experiences I have also been involved in aspects of industry improvement. For example, the key worker NHS housing initiative where I was at the forefront of generating much needed investment and setting up contractual structures to deliver the built asset \"off balance sheet\".
