Our new company, Celsian Consulting, acquired the public health consulting business of Imperial Logistics, effective March 1, 2019 through an employee buy-out. As the previous management team of this public health consulting business, we bring extensive experience and insights from our direct participation in various global health supply chain projects. We are very excited about new venture and look forward to continue to contribute to improving supply chain performance in public health organizations in the developing world.
