I design operational systems that make multiple teams better at once.I’m a principal-level operational systems architect with 15+ years of experience designing and scaling mission-critical operations across data centers, technology platforms, and cross-functional organizations.My work focuses on end-to-end system design: integrating platforms, workflows, vendor services, and asset lifecycle management to reduce risk, optimize cost, and create durable operational resilience. I’m most often brought in during moments of growth, transition, or transformation when complexity is high and failure isn’t an option.Across roles at Oracle, Apple, and other large enterprises, I’ve led greenfield operational readiness, redesigned RMA and repair systems, rebuilt performance and metrics models, and supported clean operational separations during corporate divestitures.While I have deep experience leading and developing teams, my greatest leverage comes from architecting the systems those teams operate within so professionals can do their best work without constant firefighting.I’m particularly well-suited for senior IC, principal, or advisory roles where clear outcomes, cross-functional scope, and system-level thinking matter more than hierarchy.
