As a member of the Johannesburg Bar, I appeared regularly as lead counsel in complex commercial disputes before courts equivalent to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and in serious criminal matters before criminal and specialist courts.My practice has spanned trials, motions, injunctions, appeals, arbitrations, and urgent applications in areas including contract disputes, corporate and shareholder litigation, insolvency, insurance, banking, employment, tort, and serious criminal defence.
