Additionally – • Coordinated, planned, and executed the consolidation and relocation of program labs in support of site consolidation. • Lead in the development / establishment of multiple labs in support of future program captures. • Lead in the modernization and digital transformation of the Sector Environmental Stress Screening Lab. • Hosted / conducted numerous audits, including Homeroom, LRQA, BSR, FGOST, Security, and DCMA. • Partnered with RQ-4 leadership team on the establishment of Range Hawk in Grand Sky, specifically with respect to staffing, training, procedure development, safety compliance, and operational readiness. • Lab Test Operations Community of Practice Lead • Provided planning inputs and oversight of indirect and capital budgets. • Rancho Bernardo site Business Recovery & Resumption process owner and Building Emergency Lead. • Maintained 3% average attrition rate over the last 12 months. • Supported numerous homeroom, program, and talent acquisition on and off-site engagement activities. • Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP) mentor – 2022, 2023. • Review and approval of numerous program proposals.
