Clint has been in the Heating and Cooling Industry for 23 years. He has held a mutitude of positions and have been able to watch the business run and grow from many different levels. Clint has had the opportunity to see how each aspect of the company affects another. Clint possess strong leadership and analytical skills. His most important trait is his honesty. Clint prides hisself in being honest with everyone no matter the situation or the effect it may have on them. Clint pours his entire being into his job to ensure all the pieces of the puzzle fit together and stay together. Clint holds hisself accountable realtive to every aspect of the company. If he does not have the answer readily available he will dedicate the proper time and resources so the right answer is found at the right time. While he is proud of his accompishments he is very humble and often amazed at where he is today. Clint believes in acheiving success but always know there is room for improvement. Clint has a strong support system at home that consists of a supportive wife and three very special boys.
