Global PMO lead for achieving Carrier’s 2030 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Goals. Responsible for guiding Carrier Business Units on best practices and building out a roadmap of interdependencies for tracking and measuring the program execution of the 2030 ESG Goals. Collaboration with the cross-functional ESG Working Group and Carrier leadership to manage and communicate progress against the goals, track schedules and KPIs, and well as identifying risk and opportunities. • Defining Roadmap in collaboration with Business Unit and Functional Leaders • Drive organizational changes including the ESG footprint • Managing the development of comprehensive ESG roadmap and creation of a prioritization framework • Lead cross-functional ESG team execution of the roadmap to achieve both 2025 and 2030 ESG goals. • Engage Senior leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities. • Partner with Business Unit and Functional leaders to incorporate the ESG working model, measure approach and operationalize model through the various organizational footprints. • Lead development of key acquisition tracking metrics aligned with transaction value drivers and synergy plan to drive performance management • Lead the ESG Work Group day-to-day execution management, including development of Roadmap, milestones, KPIs, resource needs, budgets, program schedules, coaching cross-functional teams, managing operational team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution • Spot and creatively solve complex, cross-functional operational issues • Coordinate and project/task manage ESG efforts and influence priorities internally and with the management team of BU segments • Continually refine best practices for ESG consistent with Carrier Excellence and culture
