I am a 30-year industry veteran with progressive and successful leadership experience. I have held positions as an Owner, COO, Executive Vice-President of Operations, Regional Operations Director, Director of Training and Development, Construction Manager and Opening Unit Director. I am a highly strategic, goal-oriented / results driven leader committed to his people’s development. I have been a successful leader in many environments including private ownership, the franchise environment and large corporate structure. I have also opened over 30 restaurants across several concepts from “fast-casual” to “polished casual”. This experience provides me a unique in-depth and cross-functional knowledge of operations, construction, menu development, new concept development, value engineering, leadership development, field support and finance. My ultimate passion for this business has always been the people. I take great pride in creating and developing high performing teams and watching them grow and succeed over time.
