Record all necessary business requirements/behavior expectations in card fields. Tag cards properly, as needed, and ensure adherence to the Kanban framework. Identify and address any bottlenecks in the project flow. Allocate each card a parent budget according to CAPEX/OPEX nature and ensure monthly time allocation is correct for each developer.
