About Erin Wood

I have a wide array of experience from bedside nursing, clinical research, and clinical informatics. I obtained my MSN (informatics concentration) from University of Pittsburgh in 2017. I currently serve as the Director of Clinical Workflows at eHealth Technologies where I act as the clinical informatics SME.In my previous role, I have been directly involved in numerous Epic implementations, workflow optimization, initiatives to reduce clinician burnout as it relates to clinical documentation, and lead the clinical informatics team through multiple Epic upgrades. I have mentored new clinical informatics staff and served as the team lead for the ambulatory clinical informatics team.I also have a working knowledge of Python and Ruby programing languages. Great deal of experience in Institutional Review Board submissions and protocols.
