Acting as a liaison between Boeing, Dell, and Dell subcontractors to ensure requirements and objectives are achieved within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). Resolves complex technical issues and remediates escalations. Improve processes and procedures and build strategies to transform and improve the outcomes delivered to Boeing.Key Contributions (Charleston, SC Location):• Leading the Information Technology Operations Center (ITOC) Manage migration efforts of multiple AppDynamics deployments across a large aerospace company and its subsidiaries to a standard SaaS environment. Mentoring new team members in managing sub-suppliers by migrating to an offshore model. Negotiated with customers and led technical efforts to integrate additional data sources to meet the SLA/SLO. Led multi-organizational effort to design and get approval for hosting the customer\'s existing tools, which Dell manages as a SaaS service. Mentored both Dell and subcontractors in the IT Operations Center functions, mainly for complex issue resolutions
