About Clifton Neff Goff
Clifton has most recently served on a variety of K-12, justice/civic, industrial and commercial projects in the Pacific Northwest as an engineer DLR Group. DLR Group is an integrated design firm delivering architecture, engineering, interiors, planning, and building optimization for new construction, renovation, and adaptive reuse. DLR Group is 100 percent employee-owned and fully supports the initiatives and goals of the 2030 Challenge, and is an initial signatory to the China Accord and the AIA 2030 Commitment.Clifton has also been the engineer of record on the AES Huntington Beach Energy Project and AES Alamitos Energy Center combined cycle power plants with Kiewit Engineering and Design. His past experience includes residential, commercial and industrial new design, industrial safety design and risk mitigation, structural investigation and litigation support, equipment anchorage, seismic rehabilitation of existing buildings, peer review, due diligence risk assessments and long-span bridge design. The vast majority of his work has been performed in the high seismic regions of California and the Pacific Northwest, with work in other portions of the American southwest, American northeast, Mexico and New Zealand.
