Clif R. Cox My experience as Human Resources Business Partner and Business Development Executive for the past 20+ years has honed my skills in human resources management, sales, recruiting, and operations management. As a subject matter expert, my proven track record has enabled me to serve as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and senior executives at industry-leading Fortune 500 and not-for-profit organizations. Using strategy, innovation, and collaboration to meet and exceed business objectives has earned me an induction in the Million Dollar annual Sales Club 9 times. My strength lies in my ability to truly understand my client’s needs and offer them solutions that yield results. I enjoy solving problems for my circle of influence and forming strategic alliances and partnerships. My previous role as the Director-at-Large for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources Greater New York Chapter expanded my understanding of Human Resources, organizational strategy, and the importance of building strong relationships beyond any textbook or course. My membership in the New York Chapters of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), The United Negro College Fund, and the Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA) have all added to my skills as a leader. Community service is especially important to me and my relationship with YAI: Seeing Beyond Disability allowed me the honor to be recognized by them with the prestigious Advocacy Award. In my leisure time, I enjoy a diverse array of music including Hip Hop, Reggae, Jazz, and Classical music. I enjoy a good game of dominoes, and I am an avid reader of self-improvement literature.
