I am a 21 year retired U.S. Army veteran who has experience in Operations Management and Budget Analysis, currently in an Audit/ Assurance Associate role at Citrin Cooperman. My goal is to complete my Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification which will help me leverage my knowledge and skills to enhance my team’s performance.My experience includes 6 years in operations management and 3 years in budget analysis and management while serving in the United States Army. My responsibilities in operations management required me to conduct extensive coordination between senior and subordinate entities to ensure that all tasks, in a variety of projects, were on time and executed following all specified regulations and guidance. As a budget manager I was directly responsible for creating, sourcing, and ensuring funding for a variety of projects that enhanced capabilities of my organization. I was responsible for over $170 million worth of assets, that I maintained for 3 years with zero loss or damage. These positions have enabled me to develop my skills utilizing all programs within Microsoft Office, which has resulted in me attaining my Microsoft Office Suite (MOS) Excel 2019 Certification. I attended an Adaptive Leadership/ Critical Thinking Course that further enhanced my adaptability and increased my versatility in all roles that I have been assigned to. I also have extensive experience using complex functions in QuickBooks.
