Clifford D. Sweet, joined the San Diego office of Pearlman, Brown & Wax LLP on February 1, 2015 bringing with him over 40 years of exceptional knowledge and experience. Shortly after becoming admitted to The State Bar in 1974, Cliff became a founding shareholder of Heggeness & Sweet, A P.C. where he earned a State wide reputation as one of California’s preeminent workers’ compensation defense lawyers. His areas of expertise are Workers’ Compensation; Litigation Case Management; Fraud; Racketeering; Unfair Business Practices; Lien Consolidations; Subrogation; Labor Code Section 132a; Serious & Willful allegations and Appellate Law.
