The rotations consisted of collaborating with cross-disciplinaries to identifying, reviewing, and connecting the candidates applications and areas of interests to meet the needs of the attaché, organization and the applicant. Reviewed and updated country-specific training plans to tailor courses according to specific needs of each post and employee and to take into account DOE/NNSA mission priorities and goals (energy and non-proliferation), DOS security requirements, as well as economic, political, and technological factors affecting international operations.Identified and collaborated opportunities between the DOE and foreign counterparts to resolve: technical, policy, administrative, and complex matters related to energy, science, and nuclear non-proliferation cooperation.
