Caliber originates loans through various channels and transaction types, including a network of retail branches, wholesale lending, and correspondent lending, and a consumer-direct centralized operation specializing in a variety of loan programs for purchase and refinance such as conforming, jumbo, and government products. As a Data Management Specialist I lead the data and business systems management lifecycle alongside stakeholders to streamline operations for 8+ key diamond clients with $1B in revenue, including, but not limited to Goldman Sachs, Autobahn for Deutsche Bank, Doc Acuity, and Fannie Mae. These daily operations allow me to analyze existing business systems and practices to ensure they are in alignment with industry best standards for optimal organizational performance. To streamline my daily operations, I aided enact a CAMS database that helped streamlined cross-functional operations by +25% within six (6) months.
