With more than eighteen years of experience in the Fixed and Mobile Resource Management (Telematics) arena, Mr. Henley is recognized worldwide as an industry leader; building his original company, Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) from start-up, to 5 consecutive years as an INC 500 honoree, to a successful exit. After which, he proudly accepted the appointment as CEO of Lucid Logistics where he committed to building a world class, global organization, and did so, all in under one year. Mr. Henley’s exceptional leadership skills have led to numerous accolades and awards. His career in the high-tech industry dates back to 1987 where he acted as Regional Manager for Bell and Howell in the Publication Systems Division. In this position, he was one of only two associates – out of over 400 - to receive the company\'s prestigious \"Image Maker Award\" for six consecutive years. His success continued at RealNetworks,(RNWK), where he managed the strategic account base, and was responsible for product distribution through tier-one channel and OEM customers. He joined RealNetworks through the acquisition of NetZip, whose acquisition he helped orchestrate. While at NetZip, Mr. Henley’s team secured product distribution agreements with high profile Internet Properties, Software Publishers and Portals, including Compaq, CNET, ZDNet, McAfee, PC World, Activision, Internet.com, and Lycos. Mr. Henley rounds out his business savvy with being an active community member, and family man. He was a founding member of the Reynolds Education Foundation; the largest school district in the state of Oregon. Currently he resides in San Luis Obispo County where he is happily married with 4 amazing children. Specialties: Leader in building hi-tech organizations from start up to IPO or M&A preparations.
