This includes markets in Asia, Middle East, Latin America and Europe. At Zellweger Analytics, we were struggling to capitalize on the growing semiconductor industry in Asia. Most of our distributors understood our technology, but didn’t know how to sell our value against lower-priced competitors. I developed sales tools for my distributors, and traveled with them extensively throughout Asia, training them to sell our products by making sales together. I increased annual sales in Asia from $4MM to $30MM in 7 years.At Ace Hardware, I filled a leadership void in a sales team that had been unmanaged for nine months. They’d lost managers in Middle East and Latin America, and relationships and revenues in Asia were at an all-time low. I personally took over sales in Latin America, promoted and coached a new sales manager in the Middle East, and rebuilt damaged relationships in Asia.
