Reserve Component Transition Assistance Advisor (Rctaa) @GAP Solutions, Inc.
As a Reserve Component Transition Advisor, I am the statewide point of contact assisting National Guard and Reserve servicemembers in accessing benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs to include health care services, disability benefits, education and life insurance. I also help in obtaining entitlements through the Military Healthcare System. Working with the Colorado National Guard Joint Resiliency Directorate (J9) I also assist service members in accessing state and community resources. The RCTAA Program supports Reserve and National Guard Members from all components and their families.
