ABOUT CLIFF TRAMMELL

I serve and create community everywhere I go. As the bilingual (English and Spanish) Director of Culture and Experience for RangeWater’s Talent Management team, I specialize in organizing online mental wellness and DEI forums, driving cultural initiatives, and producing award-winning short documentaries that can be utilized in sales and PR efforts. The video work I lead has earned international recognition and is a powerful tool for brand storytelling and catalyzing employees as cultural ambassadors. My storytelling philosophy is that narrative without numbers is tractionless, but numbers without narrative is meaningless. With expertise in creative direction and scriptwriting, I leverage ethnographic research, combining data with narrative to create content that sticks to minds and transforms lives. Prior to my HR career, I spent my early career as a public performer, social director and event curator. This background provided me with a superhuman ability to read people and understand their unique and collective needs. Today, my ability to positively shape corporate culture through employee engagement programs, mental health initiatives, and award-winning content development fuels client success and positive company outcomes. I hold degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Psychology from Georgia State University and a certificate in Event Planning from Emory University. In free time, I like to garden, make music, dance, and sing at the top of my lungs and play at the intersection of science and mysticism.
