   Manage the daily operation of Dispatchers, Operations Managers, and Air Traffic Coordinators in the Network Operations Center (NOC). I lead a team of over 150 direct reports, maintain a reporting structure to senior leadership and the FAA, and ensure regulatory compliance through ongoing review of FAR’s, Advisory Circulars, SAFO’s, and directions provided by the Administrator. Responsible for developing and implementing our emergency response and evacuation plan. Manage two back-up operations facilities capable of maintaining operational control for an extended period of time should the primary NOC be unavailable.
