Collaborated with material flow, procurement, and engineering to ensure timely receipt of parts needed to support new product programs and Just-In-Time (JIT) production needs• Built an ongoing relationship with suppliers, monitoring delivery conformance, measuring performance, defining corrective actions, and negotiating to resolve short-term supply discrepancies• Address and evaluate supply line issues that would impact factory production, expediting via premium logistics options.• Proactively reviewed and communicated changes in scheduling to assigned suppliers to ensure factories can operate on schedule and meet order demands• Maintained daily SAP to manage all product deliveries for my portfolio, including management of initial project stages to entering the production stream • Review and complete factory build tracking reports to ensure part availability during the project planning timeline (FB/DB/LPB/SOP)• Worked on a ship date project to find the root cause for the low performance of supplier and worked on to fix the problem with action plans and follow up with suppliers and internally with the different departments.• Led weekly meetings with suppliers and factory contacts to stay current on factory/supplier related issues and facilitate problem solving between the two to support factory needs.
