Cliff has spent almost 20 years in healthcare sales and sales leadership. Most recently, he spent 4 years as Co-owner and System Director of Sales and Business Development with Druid City Infusion. He was brought into a Vital Care franchise, which, at the time, consisted of two infusion pharmacies in two states with $16M in revenue. Over the course of 4 years, he created growth opportunities, processes, and efficiencies that allowed for the addition of eight pharmacies, accounting for $226M in revenue in 2024. During this time, he seamlessly grew the sales organization from two people in two states, to a team of twenty in ten states. In 2023 and 2024, he was recognized for his part in creating the number one pharmacy in the Vital Care organization, with a single pharmacy achieving $100M in annual revenue in 2024 (an eight-fold increase during his 4-year tenure). He is an aggressive, driven, experienced President\'s Club winning leader and representative that\'s well versed in achieving lofty, multi-million dollar goals for both self and team. Adept at uncovering opportunities for growth, while demonstrating an aptitude for maintaining customer loyalty in the midst of mounting pressure from competitors.
