Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to separation across six recordkeeping divisions.Manage all financial operations for the courts. Oversee the intake, investment, and disbursement of millions in revenue from court fees, traffic citations, fines, and other court related activity. Manage receipting and reconciliation of funds with an integrated financial management program and a separation of duties model where no single clerk controls the lifespan of a transaction. Manage compliance and auditing processes that occur quarterly, annually and biennially. Cultivate relationships with key government officials and stakeholders. Facilitate local judicial branch communications and strengthen stakeholder relationships through public speaking opportunities, email communications, and digital content.
