About Cleofa Vargas
Hello! I am Cleofa Vargas, a first-generation Latina student, from Yakima, WA. I attend Washington State University: Carson College of Business. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s in Business Administration, triple majoring in Management (Innovation and Change), Marketing, and Finance with a certification in Professional Sales. Expected to graduate in May 2024. I am a student-mentor for the Compass Mentor Program at the Chicanx Latinx Student Center and serve as an All-Campus Senator for the Associated Students of Washington State University (ASWSU). As a first-generation student, I want to be able to create opportunities for future generations that come after me. I enjoy helping underrepresented communities through volunteering and activism. Also, utilizing my bilingual skills to overcome the language barrier difficulties when working with people of diverse backgrounds. I plan to earn my Master\'s in Business Administration. In hopes of pursuing a career in the fashion industry with eventually creating/owning my brand.
