Founded non-profit grass-roots golf organization Women of Color Golf & Girls on the Green Tee.• Implemented a blended approach to golf training customizing a golf quick reference guide with a PGA Professional for on course and green grass training for beginners.• Trained over women and girls in the fundamentals of golf. • Established (3) LPGA Girls Golf Site locations in the Tampa Bay Area at local elementary schools and community centers. • Created a Golf College Mentorship Program and supported the implementation of a new women’s golf team at Edward Waters University with Dr. Paul Bryant for the new all Freshman Women’s Golf Team.• Secured LET & Aramco Team Series PRO-AM tournament opportunities for Edward Waters University, Howard University and (2) Tampa High School minority golfers to play in the ATS Tournaments (New York, West Palm Beach & Tampa).• Secured clothing partnership with Tory Burch and distributed over $70K in designer golf attire to HBCU’s, high schools, LPGA Girls Golf sites and non-profit golf organizations.• Secured over $14K for Middleton High School Girls Golf Team in golf equipment.• Panelist speaker for Professional Golf Association (PGA) of Canada Women’s Conference on Diversity & Inclusion.• Panelist speaker on diversity in golf for The Barracuda Championship.• Coordinated international golf trip to St. Andrews Scotland, for Dr. Renee Powell Hall• dedication at Univ. of St. Andrews for business executives.• Created golf webinar for Cyber Security Company SVP’s & executives Palo Alto Networks

The mission of Women of Color Golf (WOCG), is to increase diversity and inclusion in the sport of golf for women and girls through instruction, on-course play, mentoring, networking, special events, health and career-related opportunities.The mentoring program Girls on the Green Tee (GOTGT) is designed for girls ages 10 -17, answering the ever present need for strong, accomplished, and resilient female role-models.WOCG seeks to create a spark of interest and inspiration in the game of golf. This inspiration is then turned into action by connecting women and girls to mentors in our golf community through various activities and events.
