Leading a multinational Engineering function of 20+ professionals across three countries (Italy, Sweden, Switzerland), with responsibility for cross-site coordination, capability development and execution of complex initiatives in a global industrial context.• Own end‑to‑end technology and equipment development for Substrates across a diversified manufacturing process portfolio, spanning fluid bed and spray granulation, liquid and powder handling, dosing and mixing, extrusion, pulping, casting, drying and slitting, from early concept and de‑risking to industrial deployment and continuous improvement.• Translate business and portfolio needs into technology and equipment strategies, building industrial‑ready solution portfolios across Heat not Burn and Oral products• Drive technology readiness (TRL) and early risk reduction through structured governance (IG, BLAST, URS, PCH), enabling faster and safer decision‑making.• Design and maintain substrate technology roadmaps from scratch, aligning technology development, deployment timing and investment priorities.• Act as technical authority and integration point across Technology, Design, Manufacturing and OEMs, leveraging a strong cross‑platform stakeholder network.• Develop technical leaders and specialists, reinforcing technical autonomy, engagement and long‑term organizational capability.• Lead post-merger integration activities, contributing to the alignment of technology, manufacturing capabilities and operating models, and supporting leadership in translating strategic objectives into execution plans.
