I\'m an international-minded executive who thrive at thinking strategically and building, scaling client portfolios by growing world-class customer success teams! In the last 15 years, I\'ve supported brands define and roll out their strategy to deliver the ultimate Customer Experience.I am passionate about CX and Omnichannel, and how I can support brands bridging the gap between their promise and what they deliver. I have lived 15 years in Asia (China, Taiwan, South Korea), 6 years in the US (New York), and I\'m currently based between Paris and Bordeaux where I enjoy fatherhood, vineyards and the nearby Ocean with my wife and 3 children.On top of English, French, I speak (and sing in) Mandarin and my Italian is getting there.
