Twelve years ago I found the art of wildlife photography that has immersed me into undergoing new experiences and discovering unique and remote places. There is no rule book for photographing wildlife as it can be unpredictable, requiring me to adapt and learn new skills along the way.In my professional career in the maritime industry and aviation I also gain energy from learning a new skill, business or industry and adapting as I go along, similar to my experience with photography. I thrive on unscheduled and unexpected situations and enjoy finding solutions with my team to mitigate the shortcomings and deliver on the customer’s expectations. My calm demeanor allows me to create an environment in which challenges can be effectively addressed when the stakes are high.I have worked with demanding high-end customers within the world of offshore oil & gas, maritime shipping, private aviation and yachting in an environment where safety and regulatory compliance are key and high-end customer service is paramount. I was brought in by Boards of Directors and Owners/PE to turnaround and restructure businesses, hire and develop successful teams, scale organizations, and grow profitability. I have worked with and successfully managed C-suite executives, COO\'s, Vice-Presidents and Directors across various companies and industries. Additionally, I am an avid cyclist to keep my body and mind in a strong and healthy state ready to conquer my next challenge. Being results-driven, I value operational improvement and attention to detail. Just like cycling, I understand how important it is to build and keep a consistent high quality of fitness in an organization.
