I’m Clémence. I started my professional life in healthcare — I worked as a nurse for nearly 10 years, a role I loved for its human impact, its structure, and its connection to real needs. In 2020, I decided to shift directions and retrained in web development. I found the same things I had valued in nursing: solving concrete problems, continuous learning, and teamwork. As I worked on projects, I realized what truly motivated me was digging into user needs, organizing ideas, and helping teams move forward with clarity. Naturally, I transitioned into a Business Analyst role. Today, I help build bridges between business, product, and technical teams. My focus: structuring needs, enabling collaboration, and making sure everyone has the right information at the right time to move in the same direction. Based in Montpellier, I’m currently open to full-time opportunities in collaborative, agile, and purpose-driven environments.
