ABOUT CLELIA CORTILE
Currently involved in onco-epigenomics research. Able to follow a project process starting from the extrapolation, cleaning and organization of data to the analysis and final visualization of the results. Skilled in analysing NGS-data such as bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, DRIP-seq and ChIRP-seq by using Kallisto, Bowtie2, Bioconductor(sleuth, EdgeR, tidyverse, progeny, biomart, DESEQ2), MACS, deepTools, SAMTools, bedtools, HOMER, GREAT, GSEA. I implement my projects in R, Bash or Python languages depending on the specific functionalities needed. My curiosity has led me to learn how to use graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, to explain the research hypotheses through images.
