I am the CEO and Co-founder of the Innovator\'s DNA. We provide Fortune 500 companies, universities, and individuals with tools to enable creativity and innovation. Over the last two decades, we have had the opportunity to both study and work alongside the world’s most innovative organizations including as Amazon, Tesla, Johnson & Johnson, Caterpillar, and United Technologies. We have published three best-selling books, The Innovator’s DNA, The Innovator’s Method, and most recently, Innovation Capital, all in partnership with Harvard Business Review Press. In the past we have produced the World’s Most Innovative Companies and the World’s Most Innovative Leaders Lists featured in Forbes Magazine. I oversee critical functions for iDNA including client management and delivery, sales and marketing, and tool development. A large portion of my time is spent as a keynote speaker, facilitator, and advisor for a range of Fortive 500 organizations on building a culture and capability of innovation.
