   Led a team of software engineers to deliver features based on business requirements from product for fintech payment handling software. Was responsible for driving good practice, mentoring devs on team, collaborating with other architects to design new architecture/pilot new ideas and implementations, as well as designing/planning/implementing new features and working with engineers to ensure quality of code. Due to minimal documentation in certain areas of the system, also responsible for reverse-engineering and documenting, then designing ways to add new features to legacy systems.Stack was.NET 4.3.NET 8, React, Blazer, WebAPI, Azure Servicebus queuing, filestore, DocDB, Blob Storage, TableStorage, MSSQL Managed Instances, as well as Functions, K8S, Helm, REST, SOAP, and many more features from Azure Cloud and Azure Devops API- Discovered, documented, and implemented fixes for high-level issues, such as a deployment pipeline vulnerability that would have put production data in a bad state, forcing a large downtime backup SQL restore- Drove collaboration among teams via introducing Mob Programming and Knowledge Crunching concepts, as well as mentoring others on architectures, Agile/Scrum practices, and good code practices like unit testing and comprehensive PRs.
