I\'ve been solving technology problems for nearly 30 years. I built my career where each success opened the door to greater responsibility which has taken me across organizations of every size, from small businesses to large enterprises, in roles spanning the full depth of IT.Today I lead professional services at PSM Partners, where I focus on building teams that deliver real technology outcomes for clients. I believe the best technical leaders stay close enough to the work to earn the trust of the people doing it.A few principles guide how I operate:Small changes, big impact. Transformation doesn\'t always require a massive program. The right adjustment, applied in the right place, changes everything.Opinionated but vulnerable. Strong convictions are only worth sharing if you\'re honest about the uncertainty behind them.
