Chelsea is the program manager for the Federal Transit Administration’s National Transit Database (NTD), where she works with an awesome team to collect, validate, and publish data about the nation’s transit systems. Over the last decade, she has supported public programs and federal executives across the U.S. Department of Transportation on topics as diverse as data analytics, business operations, process improvement, and organizational performance. A purpose-driven public servant with a passion for public administration, Chelsea is an alumna of the Presidential Management Fellowship program, a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, and an AU Eagle.
