About Connor Craddock
I am a honors mechanical engineering graduate from Colorado State University. I applied my knowledge within my CAD internship with Cobb Mechanical Contractors in Colorado Springs, CO. My curiosity and desire to learn allowed me to be a part of numerous development projects, including Brush High School in Brush, Colorado, the Innovation Academy in Cherry Creek, Colorado, Fort Bliss Hospital in El Paso, Texas, and the Spanish Peaks Lodge in Big Sky, Montana. Most recently, I expanded my skillset through my work with Persistent Systems, LLC. As a leading developer in Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANETs), as well as other tactical military devices, Persistent Systems gave me valuable firsthand experience with some of the world’s fastest growing technologies. I have worked with our teams in sales, and then as a bid and proposal analyst. I continue to work with Persistent as a Senior Analyst working on bids and proposals, developing market research, and implementing process improvement methodologies, practices, and automations.
