As the Chief People Officer at Vered Healthcare Group, I am responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function for multiple facilities within our management company. My role entails implementing strategic initiatives to ensure effective HR management across all locations, while fostering a culture of excellence, employee engagement, and customer service. Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance- Review and enhance labor management processes, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal requirements and optimize operational efficiency- Lead the implementation of a modern HR platform, utilizing technology and automation to streamline processes, improve data analytics, and enhance the overall employee experience- Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, employee well-being, and a customer service-oriented mindset- Collaborate with owners and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness- Provide guidance and support to facility HR teams, ensuring consistency and adherence to company-wide HR policies and practices.
