1. IT Security Coordinator

   At Skilcraft, I’ve taken on a hybrid position that blends cybersecurity, IT administration, and HR collaboration. I manage firewall security across multiple locations using Meraki, deploy and monitor endpoint protection with CrowdStrike, and oversee email threat filtering in Proofpoint. I’ve also helped lead our company’s compliance initiatives, partnering with our MSP to align policies with CMMC and NIST standards and ensure we’re audit-ready with strong documentation and physical security controls.On the IT side, I implemented and migrated our phone systems to Microsoft Teams Phones, built out the auto attendant structure, and assigned work numbers to all customer-facing staff. I also manage network stability across our offices and shop floor, support key equipment like the Trumpf 3040 laser, and led a company-wide upgrade to Windows 11.Beyond tech, I’ve worked closely with HR to improve how we bring people into the organization. I facilitated background checks, drug screenings, and device setup for new hires. I also helped roll out a new LMS, developed cybersecurity training modules, and created a cross-training matrix to strengthen internal skill-building.
