Launch Mentor @Franklin College
As a Launch Mentor I serve as both an orientation leader and a mentor to a group of first-year students. In this role I am responsible for answering questions, guiding students in the right direction, and connecting them with campus resources. Interpersonal communication is key to success as a Launch Mentor. I have benefited greatly from this constant practice at forming meaningful connections with my peers in order to support them in their transition to college.
