I am working as a Senior Project Engineer for Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. participating in a variety of civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering projects. As part of the Stantec team, I have served integral design and management roles in the completion of projects in the Coal-Generated Power, Hydroelectric, Marine & Waterfront, Oil & Gas, and Urban Development Sectors for various private and public entities.Responsibilities and project-based experiences include-Coal-Combustion Residual (CCR) facility management, design, and construction support-Resident Engineer for Dam Modifications Projects (earthen and concrete structures)-Dam/embankment evaluation and modification-Landfill evaluation, modification and construction support-Sanitary and Storm Sewer design and modelling-Urban flooding evaluation and mitigation-Biorentention Basin design; and-Foundation and Pier evaluations and design.Additional duties include project management, construction management, hydrologic/hydraulic evaluation, geotechnical exploration/evaluation, and facility recommendations.Through these experiences, I have enhanced my abilities as a professional in performing tasks and communicating with co-workers, contractors, and clients to identify and solve the unique challenges presented by every project.
