My road to becoming a Mortgage Loan Originator was a unique and passionate one as most people in this industry. I used to do fix and flip investment properties and wanted to know more about the financing side and growing further in the industry. I transitioned into being an investment advisor helping people across the country do fix and flips for themselves and helping supply them with private hard money. I made a pivot to being a business development manager for a credit rehabilitation company, I built and maintaned the relationships while also helping raise peoples scores within a 6-8 month timeframe. I spent my first 3 years in the industry with Simplifyhomeloans learning and specializing in VA and Government loan.
