As an Area Manager at Amazon, I lead a team of warehouse associates and oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment center. I use my finance background and analytical skills to optimize the efficiency, productivity, and quality of the processes and services, while ensuring compliance with safety and customer satisfaction standards.I started my career as a Warehouse Associate at Balcones Distilling LLC, where I gained hands-on experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and logistics. I also completed an internship at Equitable, where I learned about financial planning, risk management, and client relations. These experiences helped me develop strong relationship building and customer relationship management skills, which I leverage to foster a positive and collaborative work environment at Amazon.I am motivated by challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
